The Sumatra Tiger Tour

The Sumatran Tiger is one of the last 5 species remaining in this world.
About 400 are left in the wild only in Sumatra, Indonesia.
At 6' 8" from head to tail and 300 lbs., the smallest species.
Come to see them live in the wild before they disappear forever.

The tigers live in over 14,000 sq kilometers of tropical rainforest.
A UNESCO National World Heritage Site.
1 of the 12 most important tiger reserves in the world.
Many active and dormant volcanoes including Mount Kerinci- the largest active volcano in Indonesia and the highest mountain in Sumatra at 3805 meters.
Over 4000 species of plants including the biggest flower in the world (Rafflesia arnoldi at 1 meter in diameter), the tallest flower in the world (Amorphophallus titanum at 4 meters in height), 370 species of birds have been recorded, 36 mammals, including the Sumatran rhino, wild mountain goat, Sumatran elephant, clouded leopard, tapir, bears and 7 species of primates, 10 reptiles, 6 amphibians.
Most of the area is over 700 meters in altitude.
